to fill out additional paperwork as the application process
continues.

- Form must be completely filled out by the
applicant.
- Applicants for the Tulsa Police Reserve must put (Reserve)
after their name in the form.
- Answer each question completely and
accurately. Each blank must have an answer. If the
question does not apply to you or the answer is none, write N/A in
the appropriate space.
- You must provide a valid email address at the
end of the page. If you do not provide an email address the
online application will not be processed.

- Incomplete or inaccurate answers may be grounds for rejection
or removal from the hiring process.
- Whether intentional or inadvertent, omissions are taken very
seriously.
- It is better to tell the truth. Your application will be
given every consideration in light of all available
information.
