Commanded by Captain Luther Breashears, the Office of Integrity and Compliance investigates complaints against Tulsa Police employees and maintains records pertaining to those investigations.  Investigators are Tulsa Police Department supervisors.

How to File a Complaint

A complaint concerning a Tulsa Police employee may be filed with the department in the following ways:

  • Online Complaint Form.   The department investigates all complaints against Tulsa Police employees, including anonymous complaints.  If you want to be contacted please include a phone number or email address on the form. This form can only be used to complain about Tulsa Police employees.
  • Go to the Office of Integrity and Compliance, 600 Civic Center, Suite 302, during business hours, 8 A.M. through 5 P.M. Monday through Friday.
  • Call the Office of Integrity and Compliance at (918) 596-9379.  You will be mailed a complaint form. The form is only for your convenience and use of it is not required. However, the form may help by prompting you to provide information needed by the Office of Integrity and Compliance.
  • Go to any Tulsa Police Department Uniform Division, 24 hours a day, and request to speak to a supervisor:
    - Uniform Division East, 10122 E. 11 St., (918) 669-6000
    - Uniform Division North, 3436 N. Delaware Ave., (918) 591-4100
    - Uniform Division Southwest, 7515 Riverside Drive, (918) 596-1100
  • Write a letter to the Chief of Police:
