Registered offender information is is made available to the public pursuant to Oklahoma Law which requires offenders to register their current address with the local law enforcement agency.  The law requires agencies to make that information available to the public.  Registered Offender Employment Information is available upon request. If you sign up to receive email notifications on Registered Offenders you will receive an email each time the site is updated.  The email will contain each new or updated offender and a link to Registered Offenders page.  If you have trouble receiving the email, check that your spam filter is not blocking.  About 5% are returned as undeliverable.  Adding the email address tpdwebteam@cityoftulsa.org to your address book sometimes helps with this problem.

    This site is maintained by the Tulsa Police Department and only includes offenders registered within the corporate limits of the City of Tulsa. The Tulsa Police Department does not, and cannot legally,  maintain a file of offenders in other jurisdictions.  Please direct inquiries concerning other jurisdictions to the appropriate agency.

    The information on this site is provided by the offender at the time of registration.  It is a crime for the offender to fail to register or to provide false information when registering.   The state Attorney General's office has recently released an opinion on constitutionality issues with the Sex Offender Registration law.  This is in Adobe Acrobat format.
