Victim Services Unit
The mission of the Victim Services Unit is to provide victims of
crime with comprehensive advocacy, information, and referrals to
services that may be needed as a result of their victimization in
Tulsa. We strive to help victims feel safe, supported, and informed
during the criminal justice process.

How We Can Help
The Victim Services Unit works with individuals whose lives have
been impacted by crime. Our goal is to empower victims by providing
information, resources and community support. Services and
referrals are catered to each victim's individual needs and
advocacy may include:
- Information and referral to appropriate service providers
- Emotional support
- Assistance applying for and/or referral to Victims Compensation
Fund
- Provide current information regarding the status of the
case
- Notification of victim rights
- Criminal justice support and advocacy
- Safety planning
- Crisis intervention
- Assistance with evidence return
As a victim of a crime, pursuant to the Oklahoma
Constitution
