collision. When officers arrived, they found a deceased male lying in the street. Investigators believe the victim was attempting to cross E. 31st Street at about 124th E. Avenue when he was hit by a vehicle traveling westbound. The vehicle initially stopped, but then drove away. The vehicle is described as a dark colored Chevrolet SUV, possibly a Tahoe. The victim, whose body was still in the street, was hit a second time by a smaller vehicle. The second vehicle drugged the victim another 50 ft. before the body was dislodged from the vehicle. The second vehicle did not stop. Investigators have information that the victim was then hit by a third vehicle that did not stop. There is no description of the third vehicle. It is possible that the second or third vehicle was not aware that they had hit the victim.

There was no identification on the victim. At this time, the victim is unidentified. The victim is a Hispanic male, early to late 20's, 5'06"-5'07" and 150 pounds. He was wearing dark clothing. 

Traffic Investigators need to identify the victim and the drivers of the vehicles involved in this fatality.
