COLD CASE
On November 4, 1988 children found a skull in a creek at 421 S. 76th E. Avenue. The Medical Examiner determined it to be a Black male between 15-25 years of age, with a gunshot wound in the back of the skull. The Medical Examiner ruled it a homicide that occurred in 1988.
