On August 17, 1993 the victim who was bound to a wheelchair and was a cerebral Palsy patient, was found dead by a DHS caregiver. The victim was on the floor at his residence located at 2440 E. 5th Place. Robbery appeared to be the motive, the victim's billfold, money and checkbook were all missing.
