On January 17, 2004 at about 9:45 a.m. the victim entered the Hood Food Store at 4538 N. Cincinnati. The victim was standing at the counter purchasing some cigarettes. A subject enters the front door firing several shots point blank striking the victim. The victim was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
