On November 23, 1974 the victim was the night manager of the Git-N-Go store located at 1605 S. Memorial Drive. The victim was last seen at about 1 a.m. by a customer. At about 2:16 a.m. a customer entered the store and found the victim dead in the back of the store. The victim had sustained a gunshot wound. It appeared robbery was the motive.
