Tulsa Crime Stoppers is now offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the murder of 27-year-old Muhammad Imran in 2020. The reward is made possible thanks to a special anonymous donation.
On 6/23/2020 around 11:15 p.m., Officers responded to 1500 N. MLK Jr. Blvd. for a shooting. Imran was working in the store at the time when he was shot and killed while emptying the trash.
The video below shows a man in all red in the store earlier that day, believed to be the suspect. The video then shows the parking lot where the suspect shot the victim.
Another employee was with Imran at the time, but she was not harmed. The suspect forced her back into the store. She tried to lock the door, however, he was able to forcefully open the door, knocking her to the ground.
Detectives interviewed witnesses, reviewed surveillance video, and continue to search for information about a suspect.
Anyone with information about the case and the suspect is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling.
