The Tulsa Police Department gathered for its Coloring with a Cop event at a local McDonald's location on Thursday night.


Chief Dennis Larsen, Maj. Wesley Phelps and additional Tulsa police officers who work in the area met with families at the fast food restaurant near 129th and I-44 in just one of many examples of the department's commitment to connecting with the community.
