Tulsa police officers are investigating after a man was found shot in a pickup truck on Saturday.
Officers responded to a call about a man with a gunshot wound at a local hospital around 11 p.m. The victim, 41-year-old Ricardo Estrada had been shot in the back of the head.
Estrada was taken to the hospital initially for what was believed to be a head injury, but medical professionals found the gunshot wound and called police.
Officers started investigating the shooting where it was believed to have happened near Independence and Columbia where Estrada was found down inside a pickup truck in the driveway.
He died from the injury Saturday.
