Through the investigation, Detectives identified the suspect vehicle as a red Camaro, and the driver of the vehicle was identified as Jacqueline Hull. She was arrested on August 18th and booked into jail for 1st Degree Murder.

Detectives identified the suspected shooter as 44-year-old Mark Burleson. Earlier today, Officers arrested Burleson in Ponca City. He will be brought back to Tulsa to face murder charges.

Mark Burleson is a tribal member and falls under the McGirt ruling (https://bit.ly/McGirt), so Detectives will turn this case over to the FBI and federal prosecutors for further investigation.
